The agentic CRM · built by Qube Foundation

Just ask.
Qube gets it done.

Your pipeline, projects, timesheets and meetings on one record — with an AI agent that reads all of it and acts on it. Ask who is behind on hours, move the deal, book the call. Anything that reaches a real inbox waits for your yes.

Qube AI · the agent inside

Stop clicking through your CRM. Tell it what you need.

Qube AI reads the same records you do — deals, projects, timesheets, meetings — and acts on them when you ask. It books the call, moves the deal and logs the hours, and it stops to ask before anything reaches a real person’s inbox.

Qube AI

Beta

Ask about anything in this workspace — people, customers, deals, projects and work items — or tell it to make the change. Everything is scoped to the records you are allowed to see.

Ask

  • What should I work on first today?
  • Which of my tasks are overdue?
  • What is open in my pipeline right now?
  • What meetings do I have this week?
  • Who has logged the most hours in the last 30 days?

Or have it do something

  • Schedule a 30-minute call tomorrow at 3 pm with…
  • Log 2 hours against a project for today
  • Add a new customer called…

Ask about your workspace…

Enter sends, Shift + Enter adds a line. Qube AI can be wrong — check anything that matters.

Your yes before anything leaves

Anything that emails a real person or cannot be undone stops on a card that shows exactly what will happen, until you approve it.

Meetings · cancellations · invitations · timesheet approval · archive · delete

Sees only what you can

It works with your role’s permissions. A tool you are not allowed is never offered, and checked again before it runs.

Never sends without you

Invitations, meetings and deletes wait on an approval card. Deny, and nothing is sent at all.

Every action on the record

Changes it makes land in the workspace activity log, marked as the agent’s, so they can be found and undone.

Remembers the thread

Conversations are saved for you alone — reopen, rename or delete them, and pick a follow-up up where it left off.

No commands to learn — ask the way you would ask a colleague

  • What should I work on first today?
  • Which of my tasks are overdue?
  • What is open in my pipeline right now?
  • Who logged the most hours this month?
  • Move the Saffron deal to negotiation
  • Log 2 hours on Marigold for today
  • How is the forecast looking for Q4?
  • Schedule a call with priya@brightpath.in on Friday
  • Assign SAF-3 to Kavya, due next week
  • What meetings do I have this week?
  • Add Northline Logistics as a customer
  • Approve Arjun’s timesheet for last week

Sell it, then deliver it

One record, from the first call to the final invoice.

Most teams buy a CRM and a project tool and spend the next two years typing the same customer into both. Here they are two views of one workspace, so the seam nobody maintains does not exist.

Nothing in that chain is an integration, a sync or a nightly job. It is the same row, read by five different pages — which is why nobody has to keep two systems agreeing, and why there is no export to get your history out of one and into the other.

The tour

Six screens. Three sell, three deliver.

Nothing here is a roadmap item drawn early. Every tab is a page in the product today, reading the same records as the one beside it.

A deal is a board card with a price on it

Stages are columns, deals rank fractionally inside them, and the same drag endpoint serves this board and the task board. Each stage carries the odds of closing from it, so moving a card is also the only forecasting anybody has to do.

  • Stages you name, with a probability each
  • Won and lost are flags, not the last column
  • Values in whole paise — a year of them sums exactly

Everything included

Sixteen things it does. All of them, in every plan.

The pipeline is not an upsell, time tracking is not an enterprise feature, and the AI agent is not an add-on. No row in the pricing table unlocks a capability — every plan carries this whole wall, including the free one.

1

Sell it

Who you are talking to, what it is worth, and when it might land.

Contacts without conversion

A lead is a contact whose stage says lead. Promoting one keeps every note, booking and deal already attached to it.

A pipeline you name

Stages, their order and the odds of closing from each — with won and lost as flags, so adding a stage after Won breaks nothing.

Open and weighted

Six months out, each deal multiplied by its stage probability. Money already won is reported apart from both.

A timeline that assembles itself

Bookings, meetings, notes and stage changes, merged at read time from what each feature already wrote. Nothing to remember to log.

2

Deliver it

The day-to-day surface, and the parts that stop a stand-up existing to relay status.

A board that ranks fractionally

Dropping a card between two others never renumbers the column. One project key, one unambiguous sequence of ids.

Subtasks that are real tasks

Assignable, schedulable, trackable — and stopped at one level, because a rollup three deep has no honest answer.

A timer that survives

It runs on the server against your account, so a closed laptop, a reboot or a second device does not lose it.

Calendar, meetings and booking

Due work and calls on one grid, a Meet link made with the meeting, and a public page people book without an account.

3

Prove it

Where hours turn into utilisation and a record of what shipped, with nobody retyping anything.

Timesheets with approval

Submit, approve, or send back with a reason. Draft hours are a claim, never a cost, and never move a margin.

Utilisation and margin

Computed live from approved hours against a budget held in whole paise, so a year of entries sums exactly.

Notifications that point at it

Assigned, submitted, approved, booked — each one carries the link to the record that changed, so reading it and acting on it are one click.

Search and command palette

Ctrl K from anywhere to find a contact, a deal, a task or a project. Never more than one keystroke away.

4

Delegate it

Qube AI, working across all three: one sentence instead of five screens of clicking.

Answers from real records

Headcount, overdue work, the weighted forecast, who logged the most hours — each figure fetched in the conversation, never guessed.

Actions, not advice

It creates contacts and deals, moves stages, assigns tasks and logs time when asked — and every change lands in the activity log.

Approval before it sends

Meetings, invitations and deletes stop on a card showing exactly what will happen, email address in full, until you say yes.

Scoped, saved, one key away

It sees only what your role allows. Conversations are saved for you alone, and Ctrl J opens the panel from any page.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Everything people ask in the first ten minutes, answered without a sales call.

Is this a CRM or a project tool?

Both, on one set of records, with an AI agent working across them — and that is the entire point. Contacts, a deal pipeline and a weighted forecast sit beside projects, a task board and timesheets — not bolted together by an integration, but reading the same rows. The deal you win is the project you run, against the same company.

What can Qube AI actually do?

Answer questions about your workspace and act on it. Ask what is overdue, how the forecast looks or who logged the most hours, and it looks the answer up in your records. Ask it to add a customer, move a deal, assign a task, log time or book a meeting, and it does. Thirty tools in all — fourteen that read, ten that change records, and six that wait for your approval first.

Can the agent do something I did not approve, or see data I should not?

No. It works with your role’s permissions, checked in code on every action — a member cannot use it to see the whole pipeline any more than they could from the Deals page. Anything that emails a real person or cannot be undone, like a meeting invitation or a delete, stops on a card showing exactly what will happen until you approve it. Every change it makes is written to the activity log.

Do we have to convert leads into contacts?

No, and there is nothing to convert. A lead here is a contact whose lifecycle stage says lead, so promoting them is a field change rather than a new record. Every note, booking and deal attached while they were unqualified is still attached afterwards — which is the thing that goes wrong when a CRM makes you convert.

How long until we are actually working?

About a minute. It is hosted — nothing to provision, no database to run — so creating the workspace, adding a project or a deal and inviting people is three screens. The board and the pipeline arrive configured rather than empty.

We already use something else. What is the switch like?

Small, because there is nothing to configure. Put your live projects and open deals in, invite the people on them, and start working. Most teams run both for a fortnight and stop opening the old one — there is no migration to schedule and no import you have to get right first time.

Is time tracking compulsory?

No. Nothing requires an hour to be logged, and nothing on the dashboard breaks if none ever is. Turn to it when you need utilisation or a real cost figure against a budget, and ignore it until then.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time, and you can delete the workspace outright. Nothing is held back to keep you subscribed, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on the pages you work in.
